Two of wrestling’s shining stars collide when veteran Cheryl Rusa takes on ring savvy Raquel for this pro-style, one fall match. The intensity is high from the opening bell as Raquel takes Cheryl down with a headlock, but Cheryl quickly reverses it into a head scissors. Raquel powers out quickly and brings her opponent down with a leg trip, cross-legged toehold, straddling chinlock and standing surfboard, all applied in rapid succession. Following up with a couple of body splashes and a Boston crab, Raquel seems to be in full control, but Cheryl’s had too many years in the ring to lose that quickly. Of course, these grapplers aren’t above some illegal tactics from time to time as bodies are punched and hair is pulled as well. A clothesline and body slam finally ends this hard-fought battle as one triumphant wrestler stomps her fallen victim before planting her foot on the loser for the classic victory pose.
